*UPDATE: I.AM.GIA is running business as usual, however due to the current climate, we have made some temporary changes to our shipping policy.
Customer service is our number one priority here at I.AM.GIA and we understand the postal service delays have been somewhat disappointing for a lot of customers. To get your parcels delivered to you quicker, we have made some changes, we are shifting from postal services to DHL to ensure more visibility into your tracking, faster delivery and reliability. Please see the shipping table below for your new shipping options.
Please note: All deliveries to Russia have been temporarily suspended. Due to this, any customers attempting to checkout cannot do so until deliveries resume.

Free shipping is applied when the total cost of all products purchased is equal to the threshold, after any discounts have been applied.
^ Prices displayed in non-AUD currencies are approximate conversions only. These may fluctuate based on fees charged by your financial institution and conversion rates. The price of an item will change to AUD at checkout from your cart and you will be charged in AUD. This order total will be converted by your bank at the time of purchase using their exchange rate, and any processing fees you are subject to in regards to international transactions will be charged to you separately by your bank.

*All orders ship from Australia. Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.
*We make every effort to ship all orders received by 12pm AEDT on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm AEDT, on weekends or public holidays will be attempted to be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. You can also select to receive updates via Facebook Messenger or SMS at checkout after you place your order.
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

Australia Post is making every effort to meet delivery times, however, the changing nature of both airline haul capacity and delivery services in destination countries, regions and territories mean that these delivery estimates should be used as a guide only. Further delivery delays will occur with countries/cities in lockdown. Please leave a minimum of 10 business days after the estimated delivery date below to raise queries on items travelling via air and 30 business days after the estimated delivery date for items travelling via sea.
For items sent between 25th March and 30th April, additional delivery delays on top of the below have occurred. Australia Post is working hard to process all items on hand and deliver them as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises. We have highlighted some customs websites to refer to before purchasing below.
Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
All orders shipped via DHL Express require a signature on delivery, however you may receive an SMS from DHL asking you if you'd prefer your parcel to be left unattended (this is referred to as 'authority to leave'). If you do not respond to this SMS and delivery is attempted while no one is home, the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or contact you via email/phone to arrange a re-delivery. We recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. Please note, if you elect for authority to leave on your parcel, we are not responsible for any theft, damage or non-delivery of your parcel, therefore we do not recommend changing your delivery method from our signature service when contacted by DHL unless you are happy to risk leaving your parcel unattended.
AUSTRALIA POST INTERNATIONAL MAIL
This standard service has less scan events than our express service which means that in some instances, there may be a period of time between when a parcel leaves Australia to when it is processed in the destination country that the tracking number we provide may not show any tracking information. Please use your provided tracking number via your national mail carrier's website to see delivery updates once the package has landed in your country.
We have highlighted our main international carriers below for you. Please note, as this is a standard service, delivery times vary and delays may be experienced.

Please note, it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your tracking. To avoid any concerns with delivery, we recommend providing a business address to ensure your order is signed for when delivery is attempted. If delivery is attempted when no one is home, your parcel should be left in a secure location or a card will be left with collection information, depending on your local shipping courier’s processes.
STAR TRACK EXPRESS
All Australian orders are shipped via Star Track's Authority To Leave service. This means if you are not home when delivery is attempted, your parcel will be left in a secure location at your property at the discretion of the driver. We recommend providing a business address to guarantee your parcel is signed for during business hours and not left unattended. In the unlikely event that you have not received your parcel within 7 business days of placing your order please don't hesitate to get in touch with us or StarTrack on 13 23 45.
If you order a pre-order style, it will not be shipped immediately. All available non pre-order items purchased will be shipped immediately. The estimated shipping time is listed on your order invoice and on the product page. We are unable to provide exact dates but will contact you if we become aware of any delay. Your pre-order style will ship separately when it arrives. We are unable to cancel any pre-orders unless we have offered a cancellation to you.

Due to the huge response we receive during sale and promotional periods, there are times when we will be unable to ship your order the following business day. Please allow additional days for the processing of your order during sale times, as well as any Victorian (and Australian) public holidays when our dispatch centre is closed.
