COVID-19 UPDATE

Are you still shipping to my country?

I.AM.GIA is running business as usual however due to the current climate, there have been some changes in shipping to particular countries with further delays and/or cancellations. Whilst we endeavour to dispatch your orders within our timeframes, some experiences you may encounter are completely out of our control and are due to new policies being implemented within domestic couriers. We will no longer be shipping to the following countries: 

• Spain

• Norway

• South Korea

• Austria

For all other countries, please allow an additional 7 days for delivery. Please keep checking back as we will continue to update this page as soon as we know more. 

 

What precautions are I.AM.GIA implementing during COVID-19?

In light of the ever-evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we’ve been closely monitoring the advice of the World Health Organisation and Australia’s Chief Medical Officer and reviewing our approach regularly. Our greatest priority at this time is the health and safety of all our team members and you, our valued customers. During this time we have implemented some additional precautionary measures which we’d like to share with you:

• HQ staff members are all working from home

• Our warehouse has implemented split shifts

• Our warehouse is being sanitised thoroughly in between all shifts

• Additional cleaning and sanitising supplies available for all staff members

• No more than one person per four square metres

• Staff temperatures are to be checked prior to coming into work

Our customer care team are working hard to get back you as soon as possible. With our most recent sale plus the current climate, you may experience delays of up to 5 business days. If you are waiting for a response, we ask that you remain patient and refrain from sending a follow up email as this will contribute to the backlog and your wait time will be extended.

While we need to stay socially distant, now more than ever is important to keep emotionally connected and support one another. We must all come together and unite as one world by adhering to the rules and regulations that our governments are setting in place for social distancing, so that we can get back to loving and caring for one another physically. We must do what we can to protect our loved ones and the general public so please we ask you to stay home, follow the hygiene guidelines, let’s combat this together
